Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is recruiting for a Payroll System Specialist on behalf of a well known, prestigious business located near Barnsley. The role is temporary with a view to go permanent for the right person.

Key Accountabilties:
-To work within project activity as assigned to support business changes and highlight any risk
-To have the ability to build relationships with Key Stakeholders and Vendors
-Create and implement processes to support change and ensure continuous improvement
-Develop and maintain relationships internal and externally
-Manage relationships of the payroll system suppliers
-Ensure KPI's are all met
-Project Manage to ensure business requirements are met
-Become a trusted advisor to the business on systemic best practice and process
-Manage access across relevant systems for the business
-Provide system training across the business

The successful candidate will be Prince 2 Qualified, have a proactive approach to work and be able to work under pressure.

Experience Required:
-Knowledge of Kronos, creation of rules and implementation
-Experienced Project Manager
-Ability to Lead change effectively
-Proven record of process improvements
