Elevation Business Support are currently supporting an IT Software company based in Doncaster with the recruitment of a Technical Support Analyst.
The successful candidate will work alongside Development, with the following roles and responsibilities:
* Dealing with all inbound technical support requests that are passed in internally from non-technical channels * Database, audit log and code analysis to identify root causes of issues * Maintenance of elements of our Azure cloud infrastructure * Handling highly technical support issues, either resolving directly, or working closely with developers to identify and help implement solutions and fixes
* Proven track record of working in a technical support environment * Ability to understand business processes, customer issues and diagnose problems * Database/SQL skills - queries, table joins, aggregations, data analysis and mining, performing updates * Broad understanding of internet/cloud technologies * Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Desirable skills: * Working knowledge of C# * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
