Title: Technical Reporting - Systems & Expertise team A position has arisen for a technical reporting assistant within Personnel Services, based in Broughton. Situated within the Systems & Expertise team, this is an ideal opportunity for an individual to gain and develop their technical skills, as well as becoming involved in Personnel Services projects, and SAP process developments. Areas of responsibility: Produce Monthly Pension Reports Assist with LCP Campaign co-ordination test scripts, testing plan, updates and reviews Attend OSC Meetings and feedback as appropriate to EPS ( personnel services dept ) Support EPS Project for new divisions reports requirements. Support Change Requests raised by EPS liaise with HRIS and IS and feedback to Operations LSMWs Automatic system uploads Manage customer queries Third Party Payments Database Roll out of E-Payslips for all Divisions Support continuous improvement activities Maintain / Create Access Databases as and when required Support/ Implement Process Flow/ RACM Project Key Skills/Experience: Excellent organisational skills Enthusiastic and receptive to change Results-driven, logical and methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives Determined and decisive; uses initiative to develop effective solutions to problems Excellent interpersonal skills - good communicator Great team-worker - adaptable and flexible Technical Skills: Excel spreadsheets excellent skills with an ability to use function and macros advantageous SAP knowledge & experience preferable, but not essential Microsoft Word Access Database experience with ability to build/maintain future database solutions desirable but training given Blue Arrow Managed Services Blue Arrow is one of the UK`s largest recruitment businesses, dedicated to providing bespoke staffing solutions through a network of over 80 specialist branches and on-site locations.
