Are you an Administrator looking for more variety?
If you are looking for a busy role that combines administration with being on your feet with hands on work then this could be for.
You will be working in a small team as a Technical Project Sales Administrator. Each day will be different. You will work across all areas of the business inducing The Sales Team, The warehouse and Technical team.
You will work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Sales duties - Liasing with the Sales and Projects Department , sales enquiries by phone / email, regular order inputting and end of day invoicing
Warehouse - receive deliveries, booking in, co-ordinate all Europe (Forma) deliveries, despatches DPD exceptions and delivery queries plus reconciling DPD invoices
Technical - Returns process and Technical administration
Working across these 3 areas you will learn about each department and the business. If you find a particular area you enjoy or excel in then you may find a new direction you wish to take within the company.

Salary will be dependent on your level of experience and skill set and will be discussed at interview stage.
Skills and experience
We are looking for somebody who has previous administration experience. If you have administration experience in a technical based role or company that would be an advantage. Experience of using Sage line 50 would also be an advantage but not essential.
