The Company This employer a design, print and mailing company, is looking to recruit an experienced administrator who is confident to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support in their Technical Operations department, which requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of personal and sensitive data using established processes. You will also need to enjoy working in a team whilst being able to manage your own time and possess strong organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
Your role as an administrator: - Support the smooth running of the Technical Operations department - Ensure all jobs are set up and recorded accurately onto the system - Ensure that job logs are kept up to date - Generate all required paperwork to help other departments run jobs efficiently - Liaise confidently with internal departments - Check and verify accuracy on jobs
They are looking for someone who possesses: - Previous administration experience - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy - Teamwork and communication skills - Self-motivation and a flexible approach - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Microsoft Access an advantage)
Due to their location, own transport is essential.
