We are currently recruiting for a Technical Data Administrator to be based at our site in Gatwick. The purpose of the role is to Maintain aircraft and engine technical records in the manner required by the CAA, NCAA and customers, monitor completed paperwork for correct completion and ensure corrected prior to sending to customer records and assist LSMM and Resource coordinators in station Admin functions.
The Key Responsibilities of the Technical; Data Administrator based at our site in Gatwick are;
Monitor customer log pages and work packs to ensure correct completion ensuring any mistakes corrected prior to sending to customer technical records.
Assist Line Station Maintenance Manager and Line Resource Coordinators in completion of administration tasks.
When required ensure any critical operational responsibilities are performed in the Line Coordinators absence.
Process paperwork as required by Line Management and ensure all data is captured on appropriate company systems.
Assist the Line Coordinators in ensuring sick, leave, overtime, detachments and training are recorded accurately.
Assist in processing ID requirements for permanent and visiting staff.
Arranging Hotel accommodation and expenses for Gatwick and Outstations staff.
Collating weekly Line Station reports.
For each Maintenance input, ensure that the contents of the work pack are complete prior to commencement of the check.
Ordering and maintaining correct levels of stationary items.
Ensure all records are filed in a neat, logical, and easily identifiable manner, and keep such records tidy until moved to archives.
Carry out vehicle pass requirements and processing any vehicle damage claims.
Assist Line Management by compiling information necessary to complete investigations into quality lapses.
Liaise with customers as necessary to ensure accuracy of records where necessary.
Please note this role is on a 4 on 4 off basis of 8am – 8pm shifts.
