An exciting position has arisen with our client who are a leading European tool supplier . They have over 80,000 product lines and have a turnover of over one billion Euro's.
In order to strengthen their team they are now looking for two Customer Service Representatives
The role will involve supporting the sales team and will involve a small amount of technical knowledge.
Duties will involve the following:
1) Taking telephone orders and sales.
2) Gain knowledge of vast product range.
3) Costing and inputting orders received in writing.
4) Providing customer advice, answering technical, logistical and general queries.
5) Providing delivery information for securing orders.
6) Creating and following up trial tool orders and returns.
7) Checking orders subject to billing.
8) Maintain article numbers lists.
9) Accompany the ASM on trips to his sales areas.
Candidates applying for this role should have similar experience within a similar technical based customer service role. Experience within tools, tooling and cutting tools would be advantageous as would experience using SAP.
