Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established, well known business in Doncaster as they recruit a Technical Customer Service Administrator
The purpose of the role is to provide effective customer service and technical support on the specialist product ranges which the business offer, along with providing effective technical administration.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Administrative quotes -Offering technical support to enhance the knowledge base of customer service team -Supporting the Product Managers and Business Development Managers -Produce and deliver product training -Resolve pricing issues -Involvement in various projects relating to the product range -Logging and tracking issues
