Description
A maternity cover contract of approximately 9 months is available at a leading Central Bristol based company. The role is to lead a team of collections advisors to ensure that targets are hit whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
You will be responsible for
- the supervision and development of the team, holding regular meetings and providing support with training and learning.
- setting and allocating targets and workloads to the team
- taking escalated calls
- attending and running regular 1 2 1 meetings with your team and other managers
- Supporting the team with any technical issues
- Producing and monitoring MI reports
- Being a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for clients
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience in a collections or recovery based role, within a supervisory or team leader capacity. You must have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to lead a team. Experience of dealing with high volumes of calls is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience within a well respected firm.
