Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.
As part of the on-going transformation our client is looking to appoint a Team Manager to be based within Liverpool Operations to deliver a first-class service to agreed client requirements.
Managing the team of Pension Administrators to ensure all current Service Levels are delivered accurately and to defined deadlines, you will organise, plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet contractual SLAs and build positive relationships with customers by taking personal responsibility to ensure that all issues and escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
Contributing to on-going team and company improvements, you will provide guidance to team members on all aspects of work and on more complex issues and problems that are outside the established guidelines, policies and procedures; ensuring quality objectives are understood, communicated and adhered to by team.
With previous experience in a pensions/financial services environment, you will have experience of dealing with external clients and working to SLAs. Good people management and interpersonal skills are essential and you should demonstrate a good commercial awareness and the ability to improve standards and develop new procedures.
