Our Client, Worldwide Outsourcing Consultants are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to be based within their head office in Peterborough. You will have proven experience of working within a similar role within the financial services sector along with ideally knowledge of occupational Pension schemes. Your main purpose will be to manage,coach and develop your team of 10-15 Customer Service staff effectively to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maximise individuals/team potential. Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's which must include Maths and English. If you have CF1 and FA2 this would be highly advantages. This is a 40 hour week and shifts operate between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday and 10am - 4pm Bank Holidays. You will be required to work 2 full weekends a month, however there will need to be some flexibility. Work schedules are issued 3 months in advance.
