About the role:
Our Client has an excellent opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join their External Affairs team, where you will provide support primarily to the Deputy Director, and the team.
Delivering administrative and business support to enable your team to deliver on our Client’s outcomes, you will understand the needs of the team, and will aim to assist in our mission of solving UK poverty. Contributing positively to service transformation across the business, you will encourage working across teams, and will provide project support as required.
In addition, you will be required to complete receptionist duties, and will be expected to balance out managing their London office site whilst also providing the necessary support to the External Affairs team.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is having the ability to prioritise and ask for guidance when needed. With a proactive approach, and a willingness to embrace new technology and ways of working, you will be a confident person who can work effectively with people at all levels.
