37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, fixed term contract for 1 year

The Systems Compliance Officer will assist the wider Apprenticeships division with quality and compliance provision of MIS systems used.

Ensuring the effective administration of a range of existing and new CRM’s (including the E-portfolio system and internal pro packages), you will be responsible for the execution of the agreed administrative process and elements of compliance stipulated in the contracts; working closely with MIS to raise any internal issues that impact performance.

You must also conduct weekly user compliance checks of the employer CRM, ensuring all actions have been adhered to and data is clean whilst acting as the single point of contact between external CRM system suppliers and the College group to ensure that all queries are handled directly and succinctly to find solutions for system users.

With recent and relevant experience of working in an administration environment, you will have experience of taking minutes, preparing meeting documentation and of working in a customer focussed environment, providing excellent customer service.  Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) Outlook and Explorer is essential.
