Systems And Admin Manager - Financial Services - Central London
£40,000- £45,000 plus bonus
Our client’s business is involved with dealing with the high net worth (HNW) market independent wealth management.
From tailored investments to insurance solutions, mortgage services to estate planning, asset management to tax advice, their highly qualified private client teams assist their client’s in achieving their fundamental financial objectives.
Their adviser teams help a broad range of individual and corporate clients to understand and achieve their most important financial, pension and insurance planning needs and investment objectives. Some teams specialise in working with business owners, others with senior corporate executives and professionals in sectors such as investment banking, consultancy, partners in the big four accountancy firms or major law firms, barristers etc.
Several work with more complex wealthy families, including an increasing number who are non UK resident and domiciled.
This is a newly created role to support the Head of Group Admin in managing systems and administration across the business, specifically to move forward with development plans and the supervision of staff. Extensive experience in an IFA environment is a must.
The successful Systems & Admin Manager will be responsible for maintaining admin processes and data quality across our team of admin staff. In practice, this will involve working alongside the Head of Group Admin and Systems Coordinator to help establish the effective and accurate maintenance of client data through the implementation of new and improved processes, the auditing and monitoring of data quality, and the supervision, training and development of admin staff.
Relevant systems are Intelligent Office (iO) and Volume.
You will contribute to the centralisation of the admin function across the business, design and implement admin processes, training documentation and delivery, auditing and monitoring of data quality, compliance and management reporting. You will also supervise admin staff.
You will be CII qualified and have at least 3 years solid experience in the Financial Services Industry, while being a problem solver and a strong manager.
