Description
Our client has seen very strong growth since its foundation in early 2009 and is constantly looking to expand further. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistants, fluent Swedish to join their multi-lingual team;The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic individual with a strong Customer Service background. They will be the main point of contact for our clients customers in the European market and should have the ability to deliver a high level of service as well as managing their own workload.
Hours of work are 4 hours a day, flexible am or pm; overtime offered during busy periods.
Skill Requirements
Good communication skills applicants will be required to communicate with customers both verbally and in writing although taking inbound calls will comprise the major part of the role.
Experience in Customer Service is essential in particular handling complex queries/complaints.
Confidence in translating texts from English to swedish
IT literate (MS Windows, Office, Internet).
Great attention to detail.
