We are looking for a Supporter Services Administrator to join us to provide support across all areas of gift administration, delighting our supporters and inspiring them to continue giving. To deliver this we need strong customer service professionals who are passionate about our supporters.
Making outbound telephone calls/emails as required to new supporters, following up queries, verifying details, processing direct debits/standing orders or thanking donors, you will act as an ambassador for Supporter Care & Practical Action at all times.
As a Supporter Services Administrator you’ll be part of a busy team delivering an outstanding multi-channel contact service to Practical Actions existing and potential supporters and donors. You will have a passion for people and will always be looking to go the extra mile to help others.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level in English and Math’s and have experience of working in a customer/supporter service environment. Experience of processing financial transactions is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent call handling and communication skills and of using CRM databases.
With a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms, you will be able to multi task, work on your own initiative and also across a team, following business controls and systems.

Salary £20,064 - £22,810 per annum
