Starting Salary: £20,344 (Review Pending)
37.5 Hours per week.

Adref is a charity that provides high quality housing related support services in the Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil county boroughs. These services include four hostels and a wide range of tenancy support projects as well as charity shops.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to provide housing related support in one of our homeless hostels.

Applicants should have an understanding of the issues around homelessness and empathy for the client group. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of providing person cantered support to a challenging client group. The ability to prioritise and manage a caseload is crucial as are good administration, negotiation and record keeping skills.

Access to a car and a full driving licence are essential. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.

As well as a competitive salary, we offer a generous pension scheme and up to 30 days annual leave (+8 bank holidays).
