SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive - depending on experience + healthcare, pension and other excellent benefits 

WORKING HOURS: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.30pm

reputation is built on a relentless commitment to provide exceptional pre and post-sale
technical support. They have a fantastic opportunity available for a Support Technician to join the team at their office in Bury St. Edmunds.

Key Responsibilities for the Support Technician role is to include:- 

• Provide technical support to our trade customers, via phone, email, remote desktop and on-site
• Update the CRM database, ensuring accurate logs are recorded

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidates for the Support Technician role willl have excellent attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload. You will thrive in a team environment and have a willingness to learn and grow with the company. You must live within a commutable distance to Bury St Edmunds

Key skills and experience for the Support Technician role:- 

• A technical background, ideally gained from within the AV or IT industry
• Product Knowledge would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be given
