**Exciting Support Assistant role for a Driven Graduate**
Our Birmingham City Centre based client is seeking a dynamic graduate to join their settlements team. Being well established within Stockbroking they are one of the UK's leading firms in investment and therefore are seeking an individual who can adopt a methodical, practical and proactive approach.
As a Support Assistant and reporting to the Settlements Officer who operates as driven and proactive in work ethic you will be liaising and working closely upon client instructions.
Below highlights a snapshot of some of the core duties but is by no means an exhaustive list.
- General administration
- Ability to communicate to existing clients and resolve telephone queries
- Work with a range of data
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external clients
The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, a 2:1 minimum degree is essential; a degree within the relevant field is desirable. Furthermore candidates must have minimum 18 months commercial experience and have an interest in finance but accept this role is within a support capacity and as such may not provide the immediate progression sought.
