The Company:

A Planner/Sales order Administrator with strong Excel skills is required for a 6 week temporary contract to cover for sick leave. This manufacturing company is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

The Job

  • Achieve KPI levels of product availability and inventory value for a range of products
  • Manage for the product range through data management and exception reports, ensuring that items are ordered, expedited & Import documentation processed.
  • Skills:
  • Experience of planning imports & documentation procedures
  • Vendor Purchase Orders, Invoices & account reconciliation
  • Inventory management experience in a high sku, complex environment
  • Knowledge of automated replenishment systems, MRP
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • PC literate including Intermediate Excel
  • Strong inter-personal skills, communicating with customers, suppliers, warehouse etc

The candidate:

You should have advanced excel with experience of raising orders and and knowledge of MRP.


Hours of work 9am -5pm
