Spot Rate Negotiator £16k pa plus bonus

Our client based by Gatwick, a very well known and established Aviation company with many worldwide offices, is now looking for a professional and customer focused person who has worked in a phone based role. You will be working in a busy and friendly sales team responding to customer order requests.

  

Job role

This is a varied and busy role in customer service which will involve:

  • Receiving & responding to price rate enquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Negotiating best possible deals with 3rd party partners
  • Securing business and maximising profits
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Working to a high level of accuracy
  • High level of customer support

  

Candidate

You will be someone with a very positive and professional outlook, ideally someone looking to build a career within this sector. You will be a very good all rounder; strong with administration, able to work in a fast paced environment and able to negotiate prices / sales with clients. Dealing with repeat customers you will be someone that is likeable and able to gain respect from clients.

You must have strong experience in a customer service focused role, ideally in a sales environment where you have negotiated and closed sales. If you have exceptional negotiating skills and excellent sales ability with less experience, you will be considered.

  

Hours

You will be working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
