As a global software vendor, we are looking to recruit a French Speaking Software Support Analyst to join our Manchester based Support team. You will be ideally qualified at degree level in computer science and be looking to progress your career.

SALARY: Up to £28,000

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Warrington, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Software Support Analyst - Software / Communications

The key purpose of the role is to provide software support to the French users of our software and solutions. You will provide this support via the telephone, email, system portals and through forums.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Software Support Analyst - Software / Communications

In this Software Support Analyst role you will:
 Replicate issues encountered by our users
 Identify technical problems, propose potential solutions, implement them with users and document interventions
 Inform users of best practices and transfer know-how on the optimal use of our software
 Host remote sessions to support users of all levels

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Software Support Analyst - Software / Communications

To be successful in becoming our new Software Support Analyst, you will be Business Fluent in French and ideally be educated to degree level in computer science or hold the equivalent relevant experience. You will also have a good track record working in a Software Support role within a software business.

Essentially, you will have:
· Business French fluency both written and spoken
· Good knowledge of Web technologies (ex: HTML, CSS, PHP & jQuery)
· A level of knowledge of JavaScript (all knowledge of programming languages will be considered)
· The ability to spend a vast percentage of your time on the phone
· Some knowledge of document composition
