Site Administrator
Competitive Salary + Full Benefits Package

Fixed Term Contract – approx. 6 months.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Dublin Team with specific responsibility for supporting the Operations function. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with local site transport, stock & sales teams to deliver a range of general administration duties using SAP, Microsoft Office and hard copy files.

Site Administrator Key Responsibilities and Tasks

+ To complete all administrative duties within agreed time scales.
+ To produce and process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders and scan various documentation.
+ Prioritise your workload effectively.
+ Continuously review all activities adopting a “can do” and proactive approach.
+ Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements.

We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work alone when required. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational skills and a willing to learn along with strong IT skills. This role is for a highly motivated individual, ideally with experience of administrative tasks. You will strive for accuracy of information and be capable of working on your own initiative in what will be a key role to the efficient operation of our facility, based in Dublin.
