About the Role…


Our Gainsborough site are now looking for an Administrator to take responsibility for the accurate input and administration of wages, absence and holidays, creating agendas and taking meeting notes / minutes.  You will be required to arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments. The Site Administrator will also provide records and reports in relation to production, wages and attendance, and ensure that company records and documentation are accurately maintained.



What we’re looking for…


This role demands a highly confidential and meticulous individual who has strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently but with a clear focus on quality and attention to detail. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team, you will be comfortable with creating reports and meeting strict deadlines. With a strong customer focus, you will have the skills and ability to make use of a range of communication methods; providing a professional phone manner and a consultative approach.
