Service / Workshop Coordinator - Busy Service Centre

Background:
 
Our workshops have grown significantly over the past ten years and we are now looking for a workshop coordinator to work alongside our Service Manager.
 
The role is both demanding and diverse as we are looking for someone that can organise the daily workload on behalf of the service department, allocate jobs to engineers and juggling the many demands of a busy service department. The successful applicant would also need to possess extremely strong administration and organisational skills.
 
About You:

 
If you are a great organiser, able to communicate clearly and effectively, have excellent customer skills, a basic technical mindset, and appreciate the demands of a busy workshop then we may have the perfect job for you. 
 
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Workshop Scheduler, Workshop Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Service Centre Advisor.
