POSITION: Service Support Administrator

SALARY: £21,000 onwards depending on experience

HOURS: Hours generally 7.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.45am 4.00pm

LOCATION: Lancashire, LA3 3AY


With over 35 years’ experience, our client is the leading specialist in swimming pool operations. The company offers a complete range of professional and comprehensive pool services to the leisure industry from service, supply and aftercare.

Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit a Service Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded company.

JOB ROLE (not limited to):

  • The successful candidate will facilitate the operation of the maintenance office, providing support to field based engineers.
  • Scheduling the reactive and proactive maintenance planning.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to establish the smooth running of the maintenance office and oversee day to day operations.
  • Gather information to facilitate the provision of quotations.


  • This is a responsible position and experience of the above is essential.
  • Capable of working under own initiative and to be prepared to make decisions, to expiate a solution.
  • Excellent IT skills, experience in Sage, Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible on working hours.
