Service Office Administrator
LOCATION: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on skills and experience
WORKING HOURS: This is a full-time position on a fixed term contract for 12 months with a possibility of a full time role at the end of the contract.
THE COMPANY: Our client, based in Buckingham, last year celebrated their 60th birthday and prides themselves as being a leader in providing DVSA Authorised Test Lane Facilities (ATF’s) and can provide all the equipment & services required for approval. They can supply and install, project manage and offer service and calibration services to customers.
THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small, friendly and busy team.
The role involves producing system-generated invoices and handling any queries that may arise. It also involves the ability to plan, prioritise and support the movement of Service Engineers to customer locations throughout the UK. We require the candidate to be numerate, have good English written and oral skills, ideally experienced in invoicing and scheduling.
Successful candidates will be knowledgeable with MS Office products, be enthusiastic and helpful, with great customer service skills and provide attention to detail. This role would suit someone from an admin/planning background who can display a logical approach to organising their workload.
Key experience essential for the role of Service Office Administrator based in Buckingham:
Will live within a commutable distance of the Buckingham area
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must have experience of producing invoices and handling any queries that arise.
Any planning experience will be advantageous
