Service Coordinator / Engineer Dispatcher / Scheduler - Automotive Industry Equipment

++ We are looking for a customer focused candidate, with good local area knowledge who can effectively plan jobs for our service engineers. You will have an excellent telephone manner and proficient computer skills with the ability to complete administrative tasks with high attention to detail ++
Who we are:
Founded in 1961 we are a family run business that designs, manufactures & supplies automotive garage equipment for mainly UK garages and overseas export.
The Service Coordinator Role:
The role mainly consists off arranging service engineers jobs for the week and answering incoming phone calls. Typical tasks include:
+ Answering phone and checking emails
+ Some technical help.
+ Checking and processing sales orders
+ Arranging export
+ Health and safety
+ Database updating
+ Checking work mobile
+ Van stock reconciliation
+ Liaising with production on customer orders.
+ Experience in a similar role would be extremely helpful plus maybe a bit of a technical background would be an advantage.
+ Ability to prioritise jobs
+ Excellent Customer care skills
+ Good communication skills
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Service Advisor, Workshop Scheduler, Engineer Work Coordinator, Service Coordinator.
