Our Client is look for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to be offered a fantastic opportunity to join their team of Service Co-Ordinators for a well-known Motor home Establishment.
Arranging service bookings, liaising with technicians and the organisation of a workshop diary.
Meeting and greeting customers.
Dealing with service customers when dropping off their motorhome
Keeping customers informed of progress and gaining authority for additional work and invoicing.
Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers in respect of warranty claims and parts orders.
Arranging bookings of courtesy cars.
Supporting the admin of the motorhome customer hire service
Answering calls to the Branch
Supporting the general admin of the Branch
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
A positive attitude to customers and other work colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone, be methodical, organised and work well under pressure.
Good IT skills
A full driving licence to enable travel to and from work.
Experience in a similar customer service role would be an advantage.
A practical understanding of the basic operation of motor vehicles/motorhomes/caravans would be an advantage.
This is a challenging but rewarding role within the Leisure Industry with the successful applicant being able to establish themselves as a valued and pivotal member of the team.
Hours of work are full time, including Saturdays. You will get a full day off each week on a Wednesday along with Sundays.
Salary: £17k to £20k
