The Service Advisor Role:
As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for our customers in for vehicle servicing and repair.
As a Service Advisor, you are the principle point of contact for all customer communication, before during and after the vehicle is in our service department. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to look after customers and your workload. Always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers. You will be quick to identify the needs of the customers, advising them of planning for costs of repairs, together with opportunities to upsell essential work. In this busy state-of-the-art service department of 25 staff, you will be able to work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure. As a great team player, you will also need to support your colleagues whenever possible.
Alongside your customer first approach, you will maximise sales and maintain customer retention whilst achieving your targets. Passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service will be evident in everything you do. This could also be an ideal opportunity for someone with basic parts or service experience, who is looking for the right career move.

+ To provide an outstanding level of customer care ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction at all times + Book service and repair work always ensuring workshop and parts availability + To keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed in order to meet customer deadlines + Ensure all customers receive detailed Visual Safety Reports and supporting video + To organise courtesy services of loan cars, collection & deliveries and local lifts. + To obtain and process payments according to company policy + To achieve hours sold targets as a member of a motivated team, Ensuring the WIP is kept to a minimum (Treating everyday as month end) + To maintain accurate customer records on Kerridge and CRM systems + Help deliver balance scorecard results for department to meet Manufacturers expectations
