Service Advisor

Up to £25,000 Base (Up to £37,000 OTE)

The Service Advisor Opportunity:

We need to increase our team due to the continued success of our growing model range, including the brand new Toyota GR Yaris, the new Toyota Hilux and the return of the flagship Toyota Supra. We also boast class leading Hybrid technology that is now available in the majority of our model line-up, a truly winning formula of success for a career in the motor sector.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, a Service Advisor will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work in your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.

Does this sound like you?

+ Ideally relevant experience in an automotive environment together with a proven track record of delivering great customer service is essential.
+ You’ll have excellent communication skills and will be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
+ Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
+ You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment.
