We are currently working with a very reputable energy company who are looking to appoint customer service advisors who have excellent customer service and administration ability.
The nature of the role is someone who can work in the service and repair department who will be answering incoming calls regarding customer’s boiler queries and problems who will need help quickly. This will be dealing with emergency call-outs and working very reactive so you will need to ensure all queries are dealt with in a quick, positive and helpful manner.
Candidates should have exceptional customer service, organisational and communication skills as well as good all round administration and time management skills. Good I.T. skills and someone who can offer a high level customer service.
This is a long term temporary position which may become permanent if you prove yourself.
We are looking for people who can work a flexi contract - 8:00am - 8:00pm with weekends on a rota.
The role is based at Thorpe Park in Leeds so ideally you will drive or live close.
