Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is recruiting on an exclusive basis for a leading, multi product manufacturing business in Sheffield as they now strengthen their sales function by appointing a Senior Sales Coordinator into a newly created opportunity.

The business has a leading reputation in its field and dominate not only in the UK markets but also across a global scale. With extensive experience in their industry, they have developed and built a world class reputation and are able to offer their multi industry customer base the most highly developed products and services.

The role has been created to provide key support to the sales team who operate internationally. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding first line of contact for customers and in doing so contribute towards the quality of service delivered to the customer base as well as the provision of solid support to the sales team ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

-Processing new sales leads
-Processing incoming sales enquiries and customer queries
-Continual monitoring of customer accounts
-Assist with the production of the data for management reports
-Professionally and effectively manage sales enquiries
-Provide accurate quotations
-Raise internal orders, continually monitoring the order progress through the system
-Maintain progress reports for the Account Managers
-Conduct market research in support of sales and business objectives
-Support the sales team with the necessary arrangements to ensure the business has maximum presence at all relevant sales exhibitions and conferences

Key Skills Required

-At least two years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP and MI systems
-Ability to effectively communicate with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Account Managers, Customers and other internal departments
