Senior Sales Administrator

What Will You Be Doing?
Our client is currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated Commercial Vehicle Admin Team at their Bristol site.
You will be responsible for:
• The processing of customer orders
• Seeing the sales administration process through from start to finish including marketing
• Maintaining an office support
• Providing a full sales support to the Sales Team, maximising their customer facing time
Who Are They Looking For?
The ideal candidate:
• MUST have previous Motor Industry sales admin experienced
• a working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
• will have a keen eye for detail with excellent numeracy, customer service and people skills.
• will have the ability to work to and meet deadlines.
• Experience using Kerridge DMS would be a distinct advantage although not essential as training can be given.
