An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Planner to join them at their office based in Sutton.
Within this role, you will lead, manage and motivate the Responsive Repairs Planning Team and will manage and ensure efficient and effective job control.
You will liaise between Planners, Supervisors, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Health & Safety Group, site personnel and others on any matters relating to Repairs and Maintenance works and provide adequate feedback to relevant operational Managers.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a responsive repairs Planner and will be able to demonstrate effective management skills, especially those required for planning, target setting, evaluation and prioritisation.
You should be able to manage and motivate staff in a planning environment, and be familiar with working with computerised systems, including data entry and planning.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to initiate, innovate, implement and manage change successfully. Demonstrable knowledge of MCM system is also required.
