We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner / Call Centre Manager to join us in North Kensington, West London.
Managing the day to day operations of our call centre, you will take calls from tenants arranging appointments and orders as required. You will be responsible for identifying the correct schedule of rates codes and logging the appropriate appointment slots on the Mears and Client’s system.
You will ensure all issues are communicated to the Site Operatives and administration teams efficiently and professionally. Identifying and escalating priority issues and route any calls to appropriate sources alongside following up customer calls as necessary, you will meet all KPI’S maintaining a customer focus ethos throughout all levels with the residents and client.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous Planning experience along with good customer service skills and some experience of managing a team. Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths, you will be an excellent communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
A proficient user of IT and database entry, you will possess a calm and professional telephone manner who has the ability to succeed and motivate others.
