An opportunity has arisen for a Senior PA to work at our Northwood Studio as part of a fun, successful and dynamic team.


You should come with a proven strong background of Senior PA experience. The position will require you to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the Group Director and his Director of Architecture with some support to the Interior Architecture team. You will be proficient in managing and prioritising their time whilst providing a high level of service at all times. As the position will be of key importance within the organisation, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise the workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner, in a very fast-paced environment.


Full-time, immediate start

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Group Director's diary and email account

  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence

  • Respond to letters and emails as much as possible

  • Deal with all stakeholders, internal and external appropriately

  • Support the Architects and Interior Architects with a range of administrative tasks

  • Ensure busy diary commitments and associated travel arrangements are managed


  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls

  • Brief Group Director and team as necessary and prepare them for meetings

  • All filing and administrative duties

  • Facilities support and management including stock take of staff welfare

  • Provide a full service that is in line with Group Director's work habits and preferences

  • Attend any training and meetings as necessary, take notes and execute actions arising. 

    Key Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities

  • IT literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook

  • Well-presented and personable, with excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Team-spirited

  • Excellent letter/email writing skills

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Bright and confident personality

  • Able to work on own initiative, multi task and to juggle a changing workload

  • Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties, work effectively

    under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Own car essential
