Senior Customer Service Advisor - Kingston-Upon-Thames
Salary £26,162 PA plus £1,738 weighting allowance
12 month FTC
My client is an established housing Association based in Surrey. They manage over 7000 houses in their local authority areas.
My client is now seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC.
The key areas of responsibility are
Available to provide guidance, advice and support to the Customer Contact Team where queries need to be escalated.
Drawing on skills and experience to provide support and assistance to team members and act as mentor to other team members
Taking referrals and escalations where there has been a failure in service and resolving these where possible. Recording and reporting the learning to the Customer Contact Team Leader.
To identify and report on any themes frequently asked questions to the Customer Contact Team Leader to help gain insight into areas of improvement.
Assisting the Customer Contact Team Leader and deputising for them when required.
Assist the Customer Contact Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the team, deputising for them when required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous senior customer advisor experience. Someone who is innovative and looks at ways to continuously improve services. Has the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and is results driven.
