A Worldwide outsourcing consultancy company are looking to recruit a Senior Contract Analyst to be based within their head office in Peter borough. You will have a strong contract management background within the financial services sector. For the successful candidate you will be rewarded an excellent company package including Pension scheme, Life Assurance,Bonus scheme,daily lunch allowance and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The main purpose of the role will be to provide client relationship and contract management services for one or more outsource contracts.You will be responsible for the maintenance of the commercial contract with the client, including issue resolution is a key component of the role, delivering an exceptional customer experience while protecting our clients interests. You will have an excellent track record of working within a similar role within the financial sector, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, proven analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficient in the use of MS Excel,Word,PowerPoint and Lotus Notes are paramount. Due to the nature of the role a small amount of travel will be required to visit our clients other sites so own transport is essential.
