Our client is an established UK public sector organisation based in the city centre of Glasgow
Due to recent organisational change there is an opportunity for an experienced change analyst to join the team in Glasgow

Key accountabilities of the role;

To manage the change proposal process assessment of internal low impact change for presentation to the CMB facilitation of the scoping and objectives of medium to high impact change across internal and external stakeholders.

To manage the planning and delivery of feasibility studies to enable flexibility in terms of delivery of requests within the change programme.

To lead cross teams through feasibility using the SLC agreed process working to timescales whilst at all times ensuring high quality work is delivered.

To provide expert knowledge and skills to cross teams regarding the approach to feasibility.

To constantly challenge internal/external stakeholders, to think differently and question current state in order to improve the quality and suitability of change solutions going forward.

To be responsible for the production and presentation of feasibility study documentation.

To be responsible for ensuring buy in across the business to recommended options.

To work pro actively with the cross team focusing on capacity/capability and Benefits analysis during the course of feasibility to deliver accurate business cases, highlighted capability issues together with a plan for resolution and resource requirements.

To assist the Programme/Project Manager with business analysis during the course of the project lifecycle.

To ensure that the necessary process models are compiled and the picture of the "current state" and "future state" created in a timely and accurate manner.

To work with the Senior Change Analyst in charge of Business Architecture to validate and sign off "future state" process models compiled by Change Analysts during feasibility studies.

To assist other areas of Change Management in meeting the Division's objectives.

To coach and support other members of Change Management in the tools and methods used to support the change process end to end.

To identify opportunities for further improvement to the change process.

To work with Senior Management on the development of current and future business architecture.

Key attributes for this role ;

Graduate

Experience in business analysis with the ability to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience, particularly in relation to dealing with complex systems

Experience of Change Management tools desirable.

Excellent Facilitation skills

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent communication skills, with experience working with senior staff and Directors.

Interpersonal skills should enable the building of relationships with staff at all levels affected by change.
