ABOUT THIS JOB
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with one of Nielsen's largest and fastest-growing global clients - Coca Cola. The role is an extension of the Coca-Cola Insight team in Great Britain, working predominantly to support them with analysis to answer specific questions and support projects relating to their retailer customers and sell-in stories.
This role won't be for everyone; Coke are a demanding client who expect not only deep familiarity with Nielsen data, tools and systems, but also a curiosity into their business and how we can help them grow in a challenging market environment, agility to manage requests from a variety of different stakeholders from commercial teams, brand managers, insights and senior leaders and the ability to flex your style accordingly, as well as close cooperation and collaboration with our team who support Coca-Cola across the region.
You will be responsible for driving forward our relationship with the Coca-Cola Great Britain Client. You will be 100% dedicated to Coca-Cola and will be asked to spend 2+ days per week on-site at their offices in London managing our day to day relationships and driving our agenda to become even more entangled in their business. You will leverage the wider Nielsen toolkit to deliver provocative insight and use your initiative in choosing the right data sources to paint a compelling story. You will be collaborative and be able to prioritize according to business need, and you will enjoy the opportunity to be visible while on-site, interacting with the client as a true extension of their team.
Your role will be accountable for the day to day delivery of our relationship with CCEP GB:
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
You will become a category expert who will drive the Nielsen relationship with Coca-Cola's key business functions. You will have a deep familiarity with Nielsen data and tools with the aim of equipping users to manage their own data requests as well as supporting those who require specific analysis and deep dives. Note that Coke are very heavy users of RMS data to manage their performance and expect this role to be totally fluent in this regard, but we also see significant opportunities with Practice Areas (this is currently under-developed) offering an opportunity to help grow our business. Coca-Cola are invested in providing full training to their business and up-skilling this person on Coca-Cola and their customers.
