Security Department Administrator - Stevenage Hertfordshire
Salary: Depends on experience from £25,000 up
Your hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with one hour for lunch which is unpaid, to be taken between 12:00 Midday and 13:00 or to be agreed to ensure that the telephone system is manned during lunch breaks.
Twenty-three days holiday per year of which three days need to be allocated to the Christmas Shutdown Week.
It is preferable that you do not take holiday from 15th to 18th of each month as this will cause a problem in dealing with the Time Sheets and Expenses for the payroll or when the Fiona Hogg is away to ensure assisting in her duties.

We currently have an opportunity for a Security Department Administrator to join their team in Stevenage Hertfordshire, on a full time basis. If the occasion arises cover for the Receptionist, if they are absent.
If requested, make refreshments for Visitors (water, tea or coffee). Ensuring Visitors are offered further refreshments if they stay longer than one hour.
If a meeting is arranged in the Meeting Room, the tea, coffee flasks or coffee percolator may be used. Biscuits, cakes or sandwiches may also be offered.
Ensuring crockery, etc. is cleared from the Meeting Room and / or the office are washed up and the kitchen left tidy.
If the occasion arises return surplus or faulty goods to suppliers. Mainly using a Royal Mail Service but this is cover by our Procurement Manager.
If the occasion arises, take delivery of cable, parcels or boxes but this is cover by our Procurement Manager.
In the absence of the Fire Marshall in the event of a fire in the premises or fire drill and you need to evacuate the premises, you will need to take the Reception diary containing the Fire Roll Call to your designated fire assembly point.
Report any problems with office equipment to Darren Day : Procurement Manager / Fleet Manager / Fire Service Operations Manager or Christine Hogg : Director of HR + HS&E.
