Our client is an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. They are now looking for a Secretary to join their team on a part time basis.
Within a welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable insight into the running of a Sales & Marketing Department whilst playing a key role in their day-to-day operations.
As a Secretary, you will provide a high level of administrative support to our client’s Sales & Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will:
- Organise and book meetings, including taking, typing and distributing minutes
- Handle email and telephone enquiries
- Maintain holiday records for the departments
- Make travel arrangements
- Ensure meeting rooms are well-presented
- Distribute the post
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- Experience in a secretarial role
- Excellent MS Office skills
- The ability to touch type
Focused and proactive, as a Secretary, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll also be able to effectively manage your workload and complete tasks within set deadlines.
This is a part time role, working 8:30 – 16:30, Tuesday – Thursday.
