Cathedral appointments is looking for an experienced Secretary / PA who is able to multi task, prioritise and manage working with various people at the same time. Our client is one of the leading accountancy firms in the South West with a reputation for being exceptional business advisors coupled with providing outstanding customer service. They believe in supporting their clients achieve their goals and creating meaning full relationships. The role will give you the opportunity to work as part of a busy and corporate team providing excellent administrative and secretarial support.
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Audio and copy typing of letters, file notes and minutes
Assist with billing including analysing time, drafting bills and dealing with transfers and write offs of recorded time
Coordinate the staff planner to include client bookings, holidays, study leave etc
Issue and track letters of client engagement
Assist with preparing presentations
Occasionally provide reception assistance during busy periods
Audio and copy typing skills
Strong IT skills with an aptitude towards spreadsheets and word processing
Comfortable working alone
Polite and friendly manor and able to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent organisational skill and attention to detail
