An immediately available Secretary/Administrator is required for our client based in Huntingdon.
This is a varied and exciting role with great opportunities, working within the professional services industry.
The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and team player who has strong organisational and numerical skills. You should be a competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and be able to manage a busy schedule of work.
• Supporting senior members within the department
• Diary management
• Updating the database
• Co-ordination and preparation of reports
• Preparing agendas, taking and sending minutes
• Preparation of business development presentations
• Processing holiday requests, expenses and internal invoices
• Liaising with customers on the phone and dealing with any queries or questions regarding their account with the company
• Opening, logging and distributing post
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Audio Typing
• Advanced competency in Excel, Power Point and Word
• Good eye for detail
