We are recruiting for an immediately available Secretary/Administrator for our client based in Exeter. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administration support to the team of Investment Managers. This is a great opportunity with excellent benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Audio Typing and maintenance of Word and Excel databases, filing and scanning
• Processing invoices and maintaining records
• Ensure valuations are produced and despatched to clients
• Liaise with clients, registrars, intermediaries and solicitors
• Book appointments
• Following up potential new client connections

Key Skills:

• A background in financial services would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Previous office experience is essential as are proven secretarial skills, including Audio Typing
• Good numeracy skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A strong team ethic is important as is a degree of flexibility
• The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining highly organised and efficient is key
