The Client

We are recruiting for a Secretary for a reputable, well established and ever-growing organisation for their Birmingham Office.

The Job

You will be providing secretarial support and administration assistance primarily to the Director and would be required to meet and greet clients.

  • Diary management
  • Arrange meetings internally and externally
  • Organise office functions
  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Cover secretarial support in other offices
  • Maintain numerical control of issuing of fee invoices
  • Maintain a clean and efficient office environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Audio typing is essential
  • Organisational skills is a must
  • Able to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills essential
  • Ideally Property/Surveying background experience preferred

  • Mon - Fri 9 - 5:30pm
