£18,000 - £22,220 per annum
Our client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.
They are now looking to recruit a Scheme Compliance Administrator to join them to provide administration support to customers.
The Scheme Compliance Unit (SCU) provides support to all operational and business teams to ensure activities are compliant with the scheme rules, pensions regulations and legislation.
Within the role you will maintain data, filing and records for the department, checking the integrity of data and processing a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures; resolving customer enquiries based on a working knowledge of the customer requirements.
Drafting non-standard correspondence in response to enquiries, you will input customer details, analyse data and produce routine reports, schedules and summaries in order to update customer records.
Candidates for this role must have good written and communication skills and be able to quickly develop strong working relationships. Capable of working within laid down processes and procedures, you will have a basic financial, industry regulation and current pensions legislation awareness and good IT skills (including Microsoft Office packages).
