An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator/Scheduler to join us at our office based in Exeter.
Within this role, you will be responsible for scheduling all work orders received from the client within MCM (Mears Contract Management). You will ensure that all jobs are completed on time and in line with the MTC (Measured Term Contact) and prior to the due date on MCM. You will also allocate all orders to relevant trades, allocate and process all subcontractor orders, to review late orders and confirm emergency orders completed.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a clerical background (multiple disciplines) and have a methodical approach to Response maintenance administration. With an understanding on how to influence and manage KPI performance, you will be able to demonstrate excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
Although not essential, experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, or experience with working for an RSL would be beneficial.
