An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Scheduler to join them at their office based in Eastbourne.
Within this role, your main duties will be to answers calls, record information, book customer appointments as well as other general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Repairs Service.
You will be responsible for scheduling work load for the operatives and supporting the Responsive Repairs Manager in preparing detailed plans of works. You will gain a full and current working knowledge of the scheduling system, clerical and administrative demands of the Repairs Service and ensure they are achieving optimum standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have the ability to communicate and build relationships with clients, agents, employees and suppliers both verbally and in writing. You should also be IT literate, have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise and will able be able to work as part of a team.
Although not essential, experience of working in a target driven environment and experience of working in Social Housing would be desirable.
